Parse data from a table row and output the values formatted

I am getting an error:

JSON text is not properly formatted. Unexpected character 'F' is found at position 0.

In addition - the data was sample data. "Category:" was a sample element. It could be something other than Category, too. Any value which preceeds the : sign.
